For families with children: Following Tivoli funfair to the castle

A nature scientific and historical guided tour will start at the Museum of Ostrava where it will continue by curiosities of Černá louka, around the confluence of Lučina and Ostravice, the heap of Zárubek mine and the lower castle. Photos from the 60s of the 20th century are prepared. Guided by a botanist Zdenka Rozbrojová and a historian Kateřina Barcuchová.

Effects of industrialization on Ostrava landscape in 20th century from the point of view of a natural scientist. A lecture with a presentation by a botanist Zdenka Rozbrojová.

Czech-Japanese cultural centre

The centre was founded in 2016 with the aim to present the richness of the Japanese culture to wider public, to group those interested in this culture, organise cultural events with Japanese themes, workshops, seminars and courses for public and present Japanese martial arts and much more. The centre offers a wide range of topic so that everyone could choose the area that they are interested the most.

Delicious exotic-fruit-flavoured nectars are prepared for kids.
